There's better property management companies and there's way worse. HLW Group is somewhere in the middle.

Horrible management company with Roach infested buildings. They do not keep track of rent payments and will harass you for said payments that have already been made. This company also makes it impossible to get in contact with anyone and will steal your security deposit. Do not do business with this slumlord of a company.
