I've have lived at Th e Huntington Morgan Hill since it first opened. We've have more Maintenance, janitorial and leasing staff than I can recall. I don't even remember the names of many of them, but I like to commend our current team.

The Maintenance and janitorial staff keep our property clean, safe and desirable to reside in.

The leasing office is absolutely the best. They are always available to listen to pur concerns.

Their job his not easy. Working with seniors can be a challenge if you're not a senior. This was the problem with previous leasing staff here.

Finally, prior to posting my review, I took a moment to read other reviews. They were all positive. There was one however, I felt I needed to rebut.

The staff here is not disrespectful to seniors.
I highly doubt there are a large number of leaking Apts. In fact, the individual who has complained about the food, disrespectful staff and many leaking apts, is herself rude, disrespectful to staff and her fellow residents.

I thought I needed to comment about what this individual wrote in her review.

In fact, were I part of the leasing team, she would have been gone long ago due to her level of disruption and even physical violence another resident shared with me perpetrated against him by this woman.

Again. Kudos to the huntington Morgan Hill staff

Staff disrespect senior tenants, apartertments are always flooding.
Lying is their motto to get over on the seniors. Food served are old. Freezer burnt. Slop you don't know what you are eating. Many seniors got sick from eating bad food. I am one, after 2nd time I got sick I stopped eating.
They allow stealing with cameras every 10 to 20 feet apart. It only tells me they steal, lie and cheat.
These people evict tenants for freedom of speech. Speaking their minds.
You never know until you see it happen.

I moved in dec.9, 2023. There is one thing about the front door and back door there are no extra door locks on the inside. The doors have a capability to be rekeyed: so if you know how to rekey and make it possible so the tenants original key will work, when they return home: this is called a commercial burglist. I live alone, I have no visitors for the reason: to test this community, to let me know if they see anybody, in my apt. When I'm not home. I live in apt. 316.,and I have a lot of my belongings taken when I live with my aunt,.when I return home I double check all my personal property. It's called breaking an entry, theft. Now I'm gonna have to talk to management tomorrow and make a police report.

I just want to thank Em Lao for all of her hard work as the Community Director at The Huntington. She is the BEST and always goes above and beyond for her residents, we couldn't ask for a better Director. She always has a smile and such a pleasant personality even when working on difficult situations. We appreciate all of your help during our move in process..you're the greatest.

This is a new senior community - prices are below market so we expected the application process to be lengthier than normal due to compliance requirements. Em Lao, the Community Manager, was very patient with my parents and was super professional throughout the process. She balances the need to move forward without pressuring too hard. Em made this a pleasant experience, her Parminder and staff have been amazing.

I think that Em Lao, the Community Manager at The Huntington, goes way out of her way to help you. I couldn't take an apartment there primarily because of a family situation. In any case, you will be fortunate to have Em as the manager because she will take care of things there and be there for you, too.

I'm so grateful for the ladies in leasing who made it possible for my approval into the Huntington. They are very caring ladies who allow you to feel your important to them. I'm excited to soon see my new place.
