I have been getting insurance from them for six months.When I first started Gene was helpful with the process but when I was a day late after I had been paying on time for 3 months the receptionist lady told me she had to charge me a late fee. I would not have had a problem paying it, but it was the way she talked to me with a very sarcastic tone and for her to be the receptionist she came off rude and I was not expecting that. I decided to cancel my insurance with them because when it came to my renewal I assumed that it ended on 4/12/24, but the rude receptionist lady said it ended on 4/11, but I had been paying my insurance every month on the 12th except for the one time I was late. Instead of her explaining to me how it works she told me I should have looked at my mail and known that it renewed on 4/11 and not the 12th. It was the way she said it that made me feel as if she didn’t care and that’s why I no longer want to be dealing with someone like her. Respect and compassion go a long way in customer service and she definitely needs to learn some. Gene she is going to be the reason why you lose customers.

I recently wrote a very nice review and I sincerely meant what I thought was Good Bussiness. But after receiving a phone call from Gene I realized as usual they treat you very well nice what ever. Then once they gain your Bussiness there whole attitude changes meaning treat me the same after you gain Bussiness as you did to get my Bussiness there were things that were overlooked things missed .Bottom line I feel that they didn't a good job as I thought so my advice to anyone who chooses to do Bussiness with them please Be cautious they one tell you one thing and tell you know that's not available. This goes for Peggy as well .I'm very disappointed and I was able to find my own insurance and a Better rate as well

Gene is great! Super responsive and knowledgeable about options for your situation. We had to switch home owners insurance in a pinch, and Gene was able to help us out very quickly to get us a great option and make sure we were covered. Highly recommend!!

Not only did my agent Gene pay attention to small details as my phone instructions, he saved me half of what I've been paying for the last couple years on a 6-month policy.
