Michelle helped my husband and I buy a home that would suit our families needs. We met her when we were initially interested in a different home for my parents. At that showing, I noticed how she cared a lot about making sure she was looking out for her seller and I wanted an agent who would look out for me, which is why I chose to continue our relationship. I would often text her about a property I was interested in and she never hesitated to do everything in her ability to allow me to see that property. I appreciated how quickly she would respond. On every occasion I saw her, she was always very kind. When we finally found the home that fit our goals— almost 1.5 years later— we were ecstatic. In February of 2023 we went to an open house and wanted to offer on it that day. Our loan broker told us to call Michelle McGowen. It was later in the evening, but Michelle put the offer together that night, complete with all of our information and signatures via DocuSign and delivered it to the sellers agent. Our offer was accepted. However, we canceled due to HOA restrictions but Michelle stuck with us for the next two years. She was upbeat and optimistic on every occasion we met. She was always looking out for our best interests. I could send her an email inquiring about a house and she’d send me back comps and sometimes go to the house and do a video tour since we were not local. Michelle is everything we could want from a professional: friendly, easy to talk to and very generous with her time; but serious, detailed and efficient when the decision time came.
