I love living here! It has been almost 4 years since I moved here. I like how quiet it is here. In the office, Irma and Hannah are still so friendly and are always there to help when I need it. Here are two of the maintenance people I know, and they're amazing! When they come in and fix something, I feel comfortable. The apartment complex has many amenities like laundry rooms, a dog park, a pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ area, etc..plus it's close to the freeway. I wish I could have lived here forever. Haha

I absolutely love living here, we’re going on 4 years and haven’t had any issues that weren’t immediately fixed by Hannah. Hannah is extremely responsive via email and always follows through . Carlos the maintenance man is AMAZING! always such a great attitude and he's super attentive! Even when we see him outside of work he's so friendly and always willing to help. This place is extremely clean, the garbage man comes 2/3 times a week. They are constantly cleaning, i have NEVER seen any critters inside or apartment. They do apt check ins every 6 months and change out our air filters. The amenities are GREAT! They have multiple laundry rooms, a dog park, dog stations with complimentary baggies, huge pool and jacuzzi. Luxer lockers, gym. So much! I truly love the convenience of the location right off the major freeways. I 10/10 recommend the landing

This is a great place to live. I’ve been here 5 months and I love it. It felt like home the minute I walked in to inquire! Hannah made me feel like family, she responds to emails quickly, answers any questions I may have! Irma is also always very helpful! Community is very clean and QUIET!!! They are always cleaning and keep up with maintenance and landscape. No critters!!!! Super plus!!! I thank God so much for my home! Blessed beyond measure to have the opportunity to be here!

The Landing is a great place to live. The staff is amazing. Management is the best, Irma and Hannah are very efficient, they are very kind and helpful with addressing your needs. The maintenance team rocks! Ricardo, Carlos and Miquel, they are the hardest working team I know, they are very professional, their response time is great and they do everything with great care and respect. I'm going on year six and I love being here, I feel safe and at peace here!

One of the horrible apartment complex I ever dealt with doesn't respond immediately never in the office phone always going to voicemail. Mailbox always full. Doesn't intend to there attendees need to be held responsible for their actions.

The landing has so many new renovations like the dog park, landscaping, and BBQ areas! It’s always so clean and Irma and Hannah in the office are still so friendly and helpful! I always refer my friends and family to live here!

My wife and I have been living at The Landing now going on 9 years. We’ve been really glad to have chosen the Landing as a place to live. The staff here is honestly, great to deal with and friendly. Since we’ve lived here, Irma, the manager, has continuously done really well at being willing to do all she can to take care of our needs as renters. Now, she has Hannah, a super friendly, great person helping with the complex. She also has been there whenever I’ve had reasonable requests. Add to that, staff like Carlos and Richard and you have a wonderful team taking care of the complex. We have absolutely no regrets having chosen to live at the Landing.

I been resident for almost 8 years. Irma has been the property manager the entire time, she is very professional and gracious person. She make sure that maintenance are always around and whenever anything is needed they get it done very quickly. They keep the community very clean and organized. Hannah has helped me on multiple occasions she is a nice assistant. I'm very happy of living here and I really recommend it.
