When I first met Mike, my roommate and I at the time were looking to move into a larger home with just a week or two of notice. Not only was he able to show us a variety of homes in such little time but he also managed to find a tenant to take over our lease.

When we ran into the conflict of health and safety with one of our homes and our landlord not taking the issue seriously, Mike was quick to take action with highlighting our tenant rights in our lease. He also had referrals that he had previously worked with to help us try to resolve the issue we were dealing with. When it didn’t work out with both the landlord and getting the health risk problem taken care of at that residence we were once again in need of Mike’s help and this time we only had a matter of days to relocate. Mike immediately sent us listings for housing that met our wants, needs, and price range. Once we decided on some options he set up times to tour the selections and was very helpful at reviewing our applications before submitting them to be processed for consideration. In less than 24 hours of submitting our applications we heard back from Mike letting us know we had been approved and the next steps we needed to take to finish the process and sign the lease.

Mike goes ABOVE AND BEYOND his role to ensure that his clients needs are met and their rights as tenants are clear if/when there is conflict in the residence that are not being resolved. He is patient, genuine and hardworking around the clock to the point where he makes each of his clients feel like they are his top priority. There aren’t enough ways to express my gratitude to him for all of his guidance throughout such a stressful time in my life when I didn’t know if I would have somewhere to call home in time considering the critical circumstances I had been experiencing.

I recommend Mike to all of my friends and co-workers for the extreme lengths he goes to to make others lives far less stressful in searching for a place to call home and keeping the rights of his clients clearly communicated and their best interests in mind.

Mike has been incredibly helpful! Completely above and beyond! He helped me find a home to rent in a small time crunch and was very flexible about showing me places. He also found someone to take over my current apartment lease within a week of me moving out! He is still helping me out with questions about certain clauses in my lease and took the extra mile to highlight the specific sections for me. I highly recommend Mike! He does more than expected to make sure your are taken care of in your new home!

An honest realtor is like an honest mechanic, they are worth their weight in gold if you can find them.

As a side note, we still call Mike for advice on contractors, mechanics, and good restaurants. He has delivered every time.

My neighbor referred me to Mike for my recent house rental agent. I didn’t just take him in without interviewing other realtors. He stood out in many ways. With the initial 2-hour conversation, I learned a bit from him for how I would go about to get house ready for rent and more. It was super educational to me. So I knew he would have my best interest in heart at the get-go. Once we worked together, I even liked him more. He was responsive and flexible and easy to work with. He knew when to accept my proposal and when to push back. He never pressured me and was there to listen to my thoughts. Through our working relationship, I valued his opinions and often asked for his advice. We worked well as one unit and did a tremendous good prep work together and set the price right.
