I am new at Aventura condominiums so can't yet evaluate my experience living here, however I would like to say that I have had numerous communication with both Hilda and Alice at The Management Trust prior to and during my move-in process. They have both been very prompt in their responses to me, and very helpful in answering all of my questions about this community. I really appreciate their friendliness and warmth which is such a positive thing to experience and I believe a rare quality to find these days. I look forward to living at Aventura condominiums and already have a sense of contentment knowing I can contact the office and speak with these two about any issues or problems that arise and that I will have a friendly voice on the other end of the line! We are one of the original townhouse owners for many years at Camelview Green in Scottsdale, AZ. I have been in property management for 40 years for a private asset company; however, I and can say without hesitation that Alice Riesterer at The Management Trust is one of the best I've seen. The entire complex always looks as good as it did when built. We also recently had an opportunity to work with Alice in the installation last week of our new windows throughout the house. She's professional, courteous, returns calls and she knows how to get things down! Property management is a tough business to do it right; but Alice makes it look easy!
