Being a somewhat new renter I found renting from Mendes company very easy to work with. Our property manager Eddie has been nothing but helpful. I especially love the AppFolio app, it is incredibly user friendly with paying rent and requesting maintenance. Additionally when requesting maintenance Mendes has a very quick response and dispatch time. Overall great experience renting from Mendes

Renting with the Mendez Company was an easy process with smooth communication from Anna Telliard. I received military orders and was expected to leave within the month. From getting the keys at the start to returning the keys at the end, Anna always took initiative in helping me with my transitions and keeping me updated on maintenance request. As a renter, I appreciated the quick and effective communication Anna always delivered.

The move out process went especially smooth, thanks to employee Anna Telliard. Anna made sure I had what I needed, such as forms, dates, lockboxes, etc. to facilitate the move out in a timely manner.

Amazing company full of kind employees. They must hire carefully and train conscientiously because every person we interacted with treated us was wonderful! They were compassionate, nonjudgemental, and respectful to us and our home. They actually treated us like it was OUR home, even though we are renting. They truly are the conduit between owner and tenant. Jess, Arturo, and Anna were standout people to work with when navigating maintenance issues, rule changes, and the move-out process. We only wish we could have found our new spot with them as managers!

During the serious rain San Diego had we were called to restore 4 badly flooded with mud and water units. We got the job take care of and were paid. All in all it was a Positive business experience.
