Very poor customer service. Was very unresponsive after Sally.
This past year my rates went up almost 300% and no response from them. They just automatically renewed me at the higher premium and sent the information to my mortgage company without copying me or trying to shop a lower premium policy. I will definitely be switching companies next year.

Received cancelation notice, says due to vacancy, apparently they didn't actually send anyone to inspect. Tried called to speak to agent, Linda, she never answers her phone. Emaied her , she always says she will get back with me and doesn't. Poor customer service, Very unprofessional for someone you are paying. Definitely will never recommended this company to anyone.

I have call so many home insurance company and some is hard to get response back , and some the price is so high on the sky and I found Mrs Miranda Bennett and she’s work so hard to find me home insurance that I need and call me back right away and email me just to make sure everything is line up with a reasonable price , if y’all need anything home insurance business insurance and more go give her a call she’s will take good care of y’all
