Phil Hicks has gone out of his way to help my husband and I with our insurance needs. He traveled probably 30 miles one way to meet with us at our home and we've emailed and had numerous phone conversations over the years. He always follows up efficiently. He employs an assistant named Rose, who used to be a school teacher, and as such, she explains everything to us. When Phil is meeting with another client, Rose very capably helps us and refers us back to Phil as soon as he is free.
