We rented a property in San Jose, managed by Posada Group and overall had a great experience! Daniela was always prompt to reply to any questions or
the maintenance issues that I reported. She is professional, knowledgeable responsive and a nice person to work with. Since day number one of renting with Posada Group we immediately knew we’re in a good hands. We stayed at the rented property for three years and if something was broken we had locksmith or plumbing same day or the next day depending on severity of the issue. Monthly statements, lease extensions were received in a timely manner. I highly recommend Posada Group for anyone looking to rent a property.

From a tenant perspective - they are ok. The property management team lacks follow-up and they haven't been very organized. The major issues typically get addressed - anything not urgent doesn't get addressed.
