I tried to establish an insurance policy for my business with Reed but was unsuccessful. I called and was given a quote instantly so I said ok sounds good. But what was the catch was Ms Reed was ready to take my money but didn’t ask for any information such as what kind of vehicle, my name, address, etc., in order for her to send to underwriters for a correct quote. I asked her to send me the quote via email and have yet to receive it. I called twice for the quote, nothing to this day and it has been almost two weeks.

This is the worst insurance company brocker/agency that l have ever dealt with in all my years. The owner is very unprofessional and her staff. I was scammed out of money for a policy that l thought l had paid for up front. Don't trust Absolutely nothing they sell you.
