Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Rancho Cucamonga, California, Resort Living stands as one of the most breathtaking condominium communities I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. From the moment you step foot onto the meticulously manicured grounds, it's evident that this establishment exudes an unparalleled sense of beauty and tranquility.

As an owner of this esteemed community, I take immense pride in calling Resort Living my home. The meticulously designed architecture, coupled with the lush greenery and serene ambiance, creates an oasis of luxury and comfort that is truly unparalleled. Every day feels like a retreat into paradise, and I am grateful to be a part of such a distinguished establishment.

However, amidst the splendor of Resort Living, there are certain issues that detract from the overall experience. One such concern revolves around the irresponsible actions of some dog owners within the community. Despite the presence of multiple designated pet relief areas throughout the resort, there are individuals who fail to pick up after their pets or allow them to urinate on the grass, resulting in unsightly burnt spots that mar the pristine landscape.

Furthermore, it's disheartening to witness instances where dog owners blatantly disregard the rules and regulations set forth by the community. Some individuals even go to the extent of vandalizing signs intended to deter illegal dumping of dog waste, further exacerbating the problem and detracting from the overall aesthetics of Resort Living.

While Resort Living undoubtedly boasts a plethora of amenities and a sense of unparalleled luxury, it's imperative that all residents take responsibility for maintaining the integrity of our community. By adhering to established guidelines and showing respect for our shared environment, we can ensure that Resort Living remains a haven of beauty and tranquility for generations to come. It's my sincere hope that through collective effort and mutual respect, we can address these concerns and preserve the splendor of Resort Living for all who call it home.

The parking here is TERRIBLE. We have a 4 bedroom condo and that means 4 cars. We have a 2 space parking garage but that means 2 extra cars left over. First they make you register all the cars in the house. There is lots of parking around all the neighborhoods BUT thats all for guests only. So if you try to sign up to park there (you have to input your license plate, home code and home address) your access will be denied if you are a resident. There’s only ONE block on the Main Street that everyone can park on. It gets full by 5pm when everyone gets home that people try to squeeze in on the end since theres no space at the end of the night. They give mass tickets and started putting “No Parking” signs all over but they don’t fix the issue. You clearly see that residents need more space for parking but they like to prioritize GUESTS parking that are all over the neighborhoods. The 2 of us especially come home late of the weekends for work and I called the HOA and asked where else residents can park since there’s barely any parking and she said “ohhh I don’t know, you will have to park somewhere down the street in a different neighborhood”. Mind you, it’s not even our neighborhood still, she meant a whole different complex not associated with them. I just find it terrible that we have to pay for a large amount for HOA fees of $400 and you can’t even get parking if you live here. Before moving in, we were told from the home owners that parking wouldn’t be an issue. Hopefully this would be able to help others that were thinking of moving here.

The sales team is amazing. They are highly professional and take the time to answer questions. The homes are first class, well appointed and located within a master planned community. "The Resort" community has a club house, resort pool with cascading gardens, walking paths, parks and dog park. Homes are located near freeway access, Victoria Gardens and Ontario Mills Mall. Must see to appreciate.

Living in The Resort has been an absolute pleasure! From the moment we moved in, we were warmly welcomed by friendly neighbors and a dedicated management team. The community is meticulously maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds that make every walk through the neighborhood a joy.

The amenities here are fantastic; we especially love the pool, gym and clubhouse, which are always clean and accessible. The HOA does an excellent job of ensuring everything is in top-notch condition, which enhances our overall quality of life here.

One of the standout features of The Resort is the strong sense of community spirit. There are regular events and gatherings that bring neighbors together, fostering a real sense of belonging among residents.
The management is responsive and proactive. Any concerns or questions we've had were addressed promptly and professionally, demonstrating their commitment to making this a great place to live for us.

Living here for few years now. I purchased a Lumin property detached over 1500sq ft. W/ a 2 car garage. I will say the sales team was shady, the builder has done a mediocre job. Lots of things have had to be replaced and fixed from flooring to cabinets, cracked stucco, broken plastic window framing, cracked solid wooden doors, poorly engineered concrete where water gathers in the back yard instead of drain to the street. These are all inconveniences but also just poor craftsmanship. Aside from that in the yrs we’ve had homeless people sleeping in their cars inside the private property. To this day there are homeless people who walk around early morning going through trash cans for bottles/cans/plastic. There has been owners vehicles vandalized and mail boxes broken into. There has been numerous physical fights up at the pool area when small children are there with their families. We’ve personally witnessed men climb the fence and enter the pool with alcoholic beverages. Security is present but be honest they are not going to risk their safety for low paying job. The ladies up at the club house I think like 3 of them is a waste of money. 3 employees doing the job of 2 max. The fact that a tow truck company drives around towing owners cars taking more money away from the working class and doesn’t proved safety and security instead is an issue. It does show where the priorities are. The location will be good in years to come, as the area is being built up. IMO hold on as long as possible and cash in when the building around the resort is over. But this is not a great place to live for 30yrs or even 15. Unless you are retired and old but not the best to raise kids. People speed through the small streets makes it very unsafe for kids to walk or ride bikes. The police department had multi task force raid one of the higher end homes here. Inside the home they had fully auto rifles ammo, lots of drugs. This was right on the Resort parkway. Quite a few places in here are Airbnb or rentals now so you get a little bit of whoever coming in here for short stays. When you start seeing $150K -$300K cars inside these $400-600K apartment style condos it raises questions. Common sense.
