For 30 years I had the same retirement guy. He was available when I needed him and kept me informed of deadlines for payments and forms. When he retired he sold my account to TRA. The experience was 180 degrees from my prior experience. Directions from my representative, Jennifer Leudtke were incomplete and as a consequence I had to pay large penalty. She never answered a phone call and often would not return calls. Emails were not responded to in a timely manner. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE
