Lady said she was in charge of Kern county Salvation Army refuses to help apply for the utility assistance. This was after the lady at Lake isabella SA was incapable of helping me apply after she photo copied my DL and asked me for multiple utilities bills. I started all this April 3, 2023. They both keep asking me for utility bills and I always give them but nothing ever happens past that, 4 or 5 different times.

LaDonna is super sweet kind and helpful lady when I have struggle towards the end of the month and meeting my food needs I’m 65 on a very limited income and when I heard about the food programs I went and I just can’t think Her enough for being amazing not making me feel embarrassed cause I never thought I would be in this position but things happen and lots of wonderful people out there as when I was working & since I was a corporate executive and we are to make donations monthly to two charities, I chose the Salvation Army and the United Way. Thank you to the Salvation Army and LaDonna 🥰
