Jeff Stearman is the best realtor in Orange County. Period. In 2013 he’s sold my house in Irvine after another realtor failed to get a single offer. Last month he did the same thing in San Clemente. I had it listed for four months with another agent and not a single offer, but with Jeff and his team I received multiple offers in a matter of days.

Jeff is a fair, honest, knowledgeable and extremely competent realtor. He knows the market which is why he has sold thousands of homes. Over the years I have experienced what a bad realtor is and never should have lost touch with him.
