Cindy K helped me with a rental storage unit and I've had a great expereince over the past 1.5 yrs while storing my classic vehicle there. Every time I asked anything of the front office they were more than accomodating. When I called to CX because I sold the car I was met with professionalism and a great energy. I will always come back for my storage needs.

I responded to an ad that was in the Hartford Booster that the waiting list for Timber Ridge Apartments was open. I have called three times left messages with 2 different people waited 2 days before I called back and was told in a very rude tone she was too busy to take my call. If this is how you conduct business then I can only imagine what it would be like to live there...NO THANK YOU!
