The apartments show well. Just make sure you look close. Walk the property on both sides. Look at the unit stairs, look at the patios. Also, don't forget to look in the resort styled pool. Then make an informed choice. If the most obvious things are not fixed...it could be a sign.

Unfortunately lived here for 2 years. Our 1 bedroom was fine but when we moved to a 2 bedroom we had water damage and mold. It was terrible! Not to mention the flooding when it rained and trying to get to the laundry room let alone your car. We had many other issues like a broken toilet seat and damaged fencing on our patio. I will post photos of the “repairs” as well as when it rains. Another issue we had was that the doors and framing didn’t line up due to the sinking of the building.

I was a former tenant in one of there other properties and let me tell you, I was very satisfied with how they handled the property and repairs in my unit. Very respectful, attractive, and kept the building clean and safe. I would highly recommend renting from them. I read a post saying they that someone had repairs that needed to be addressed. All I could say to that is that she must not have put in a work order to notify them of the situation because like I mentioned I never had any issues with repairs.

This place has been wonderful. The community itself is quiet and well maintained. My experience with the office staff has always been outstanding. Wendy the office manager as well as the other staff have always been incredibly helpful and accommodating. It’s a great community nestled into a quiet part of town with everything close by. Fantastic experience all around.

This is the most terrible management I have ever seen. The apartments themselves are cool, but we are literally flooded for 2 winters in a row - when it rains, our kitchen and dining room are floating. They haven't been able to repair our apartment for more than a year. Office employees make check-ins without informing the residents and cannot agree with the resident on the time of arrival. They call a towing company and my car is towed away. Employees sit in the office to accept money, and the appearance of work is of no real benefit. Disgusting office work

This place is pleasant place to live. But management is greedy and rediculous. They charge us for carpet which understandable, but it was overprice and over our security deposit by $467.70. My husband went to get money order from Albertson and drop it in their office while they not working. Big mistake, because guess what, they went and lose it say they didn't have it or received it. With no proof on our side we paid that amount, ofc we have pay it "again" but this time with interest added to it because for 2 years, they only send you 1 letter to tell you to pay then no contact because quote the picture "they give up on trying to collect". My husband and I have over 600-700 credit scores because we not kidding around when it comes to debt so always on time suddenly this one event pop up because they decide to "hold" onto bill till they send it to credit service "this month" and it already accumulate from $467.70 to $540.10. Even though on their system it is still $467.70, i got these number from at least one of their wonderful worker named Selina, she at least responsive and understanding, so thank you if you reading this. Here is proof, that we withdrawn bank statement and creditor.
The person i spoke to on phone was doing her job, but she could have been more understanding. And if we didn't pay our bill today it went to 540.99. Boy, I was fumming. If yall reading this. I hope to never contact nor see any of you ever again now that we paid our due. Live here at your own risk. Good bye.

Maintenance staff have on several occasions helped themselves & unlocked my front door & come right in, even though there was no request placed & no known issue. He came in once while I was in the shower & I opened the bathroom door & saw him. When I screamed at him & said I was calling the cops he seemed to get some enjoyment out of it. They also claim this is legally acceptable, when you call the office. I've had to put up security cameras.

Would not recommend living here. I've also had packages stolen by a next door neighbor.
