I have been a resident for 3 years. Always on time with my rent. I’ve been trying to reach the office for over 3 weeks! They never answer the phone when I call during business hours and the office is ALWAYS closed. I’m a property manager myself! And while I understand being short staffed or having a small office, this property isn't that busy for the phones to never be answered, voicemail is not setup, office always closed, no real contact information available, no corporate office to contact in place of the office for emergencies, and no one to speak to unless I “happen” to catch Alejandra on whatever day she happens to be there. I’ve never given her problems or issues. No complaints or anything. And when I do catch her, she’s very unprofessional and rude. I get that you have frequent late payers, but we aren’t all that. She speaks as if she hates her job and I’m sorry if she feels that way. But this is people’s homes. My neighbors have been trying to reach her as well and no response. They even left her a note a month ago and no response. This is ridiculous. I won’t be renewing my lease and will be moving where the staff is available.

Worst place to manage your properties. It’s been over 3 months since I moved out New Porter Apartment's and they haven’t refunded me my deposit. They say they “accidentally mailed it to New Porter Apartment's”. Why would anyone mail a check to the place a tenant is moving out of? Clearly they are not focused in doing their job. Also they never answer their phone.

Horrible customer service. How busy can be both supervisors that none of them has time to call customer during 6 months. I was stubborn enough to keep calling and finally reached one of them. It was the end of the day and the supervisor was obviously in hurry because she hung up pretty quickly and promised to call next day. Well I was not surprised when I did not receive a call from her so after a week I called again. This time I spoke with another supervisor who also promised to call back after she would have checked the papers and again same story nobody called.
