I have rented from Tilton Realty twice in different locations over the span of several years. Dean always took great care of us & responded to any needs or issues. He also has a great staff, their organization was always very helpful and considerate to us. We had only positive & professional interactions with Tilton Realty over the course of many years, so I am not guessing about this review. Their support held up consistently over time and their pricing was always economical and reasonable.

Worst landlord ever. They filled a building to sell it. 1320 Grand ave San Marcos.Then after the sale jacked up the rent on a very old building and said they were renovating it. I've been a contractor for over 25yrs. Paint Roof sealcoating are all sunken costs every landlord has to take care of. It's the oldest building in the entire area not at all worth what they are charging. The Rodent problem isn't going away anytime soon. Landlord condones illegal dumping and you will be absorbing this cost. Has no real gravity for business and doesn't know alot of businesses still aren't that strong nor do they care. The new owners attitude is if you disagree or question anything you need to get out. Totally unprofessional...
