Tim recently sold a legacy property that my sister and I inherited in SLO! He sold it in one week for asking price with multiple offers! We were thrilled. The property sold in a record 7 day escrow! That is unheard of! Tim had to navigate working with a contractor to oversee repairs before putting the property on the market. He also had to navigate working with 7 tenants to schedule showings! Plus my sister and I live out of state so we had to communicate via zoom calls! In the end, the property sold quickly because the the property was priced right for the market.
