Mr. Carter is my new agent since Kathy Clark’s retirement.
I, for the first time submitted a claim. The results of the claim was mailed to me and I had many questions.
I visited Mr. Carter’s office asking for a breakdown of the results. He was so kind and patient. He explained everything to me and answered my questions. He and his staff were very kind with smiles on their faces.
I’ve since contacted him for a few more questions and again he was very helpful.
Would I recommend him to friends and neighbors? Yes definitely.

I've had AllState from this agency since 2012, and my experience has been more than wonderful. For all incidents I have had, mainly the house fire where I had the renter's insurance from them, and even all minor car accidents/incidents that have happened, his staff and AllState in general have been super pleasure to work with. Great team and great service!

I’ve had Allstate through Tim Carter’s office since I started driving, and I’ve always felt taken care of. Kit is the all-star of the office, she’s always going above and beyond for her clients. Everyone is nice and actually listens to you. They don’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you don’t need. I can’t say this for any other Allstate office, but with Tim Carter, you’re definitely in good hands!
