I dread calling to make my payment every month not because of money but because of the tone and attitude of the person who answers the phone. If you’re calling this company don’t ever expect to get out what you want to say they will always cut you off and speak to you like you’re wasting their time by giving them money 🙂

Their response is bs. It doesn’t matter what time of day you call they will always speak to you like trash.

Well, he lied to me. Told me my policy was 10$ cheaper a month than what it ended up being, but I'm keeping it for now so I don't have to pay a deposit somewhere else.

My rating is reflected from the first moment of the human agent phone greeting which did not have NEAR-TO-NONE etiquette. To me, the attitude and tone of voice was very abrupt and sharp in asking for information, as if I were another Johanette Q. Public nuisance looking for liability insurance with no money.

After conversing with me on the phone, I can say, from my opinion, that his entire phone etiquette and attitude changed after I provided my vehicle information: 2023 Dodge Challenger,” and who I purchased my vehicle from: “Blue Ribbon Auto Group” in Sallisaw, OK

Most people speak very highly of this insurance provider.
I’m not taking anything away from the success of the business within the community.

I’m just being transparent with my very own experience.

Called to get a quote. The gentleman was very short and rude when it came to asking questions and explaining information. Would not recommend them at ALL. When I would ask questions he would cut me off and not give me full answers.
