If you want an agent that you can reach, this isn't the one. This is very inconvenient when the claims department tells you your policy number isn't valid. I had to contact their answering service to have them call me back. This was at 3pm on a Thursday. My former agent in Menomonee Falls was no better. I'm a twentyfive plus year customer of Amfam, and I wouldn't be able to recommend them anymore.

Giving two stars instead of one, just because our former agent here was amazing. These folks were hard to get ahold of when we made our one and only claim in our tenure with them. Finally had to show up in person to find out what was happening with my claim. AmFam and this agency made me feel like a number and definitely not a person. Moved to another agency in town, and I have had more contact with them than I have ever had with these people in the 8 years I gave them my money. Tjugum and Associates, you can do better.
