Tim & Stacy Casten were the Property Owners. They were arrogant, negligent & cheap (didn't want to fix stuff).TNT owner Dominique had lousy people skills & was a bully. She gave us a hard time about every single needed repair (there were a lot too). Our rent was very high, yet we've had better living experiences in low-income.
We KNEW we should have paid attention to their low ratings!
Never should have rented from them! Nightmare

These people are an absolute scam. They make it impossible to get approved and than charge you for anything they can think of when you move out. They don’t have the slightest idea how to use email and the OWNER showed up unannounced 2 days into us moving in stating he is the “maintenance guy” without 24 hours of notice and than gave US a warning. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use them and they should be shut down.

WORST RENTERS EVER.
Do not rent from them. THEY JUST WANT UR MONEY CAUSE THERE A BROKE BUSINESS. The House was falling apart and when we asked for management to help fix the cracked ceiling they charged us $400 FOR THE FOUNDATION ON THE ROOF OF THE HOUSE. Not sure why we’re being charged for something out of my control. I will make sure everyone I know, knows not to go through with these old conniving Bats. Just remember to always check reviews before proceeding to go through with such a disgusting group of individuals.

I have been with TNT for years and there is no company I would trust more to manage our rental property. Their diligence in qualifying the tenants, maintaining the property, and keeping us informed is exceptional, reflecting their professionalism and dedication.

We rented a condo with them and we were extremely disappointed! When they did our annual inspection, they said that the house was in excellent condition. But a few months after the inspection when our lease was over and we decided to move, they charged us outrageously! They charged us for removing a door mat that we left behind! The charge read "It took 5 minutes to remove and put the welcome mat in the garbage." Can you imagine this! They will use absolutely any excuse to not give you back your deposit while they already had charged us a non-refundable cleaning fee of $300.00. They charged us for cleaning the fireplace which we NEVER used. If we knew that this is how they carry their business, we would have used another rental agency. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. Do business with them at your own risk.

They rent a house out on our block and in the 5 years we have lived here we have seen at least 7 different people come and go. It's a shame there have been some really great people that have moved in and unfortunately left do to poor management. It's disgusting to see California like business practices being practiced in our beautiful Mt. Town.

I am a Veteran. Just moved to Prescott to work at the VA. I've been here about a month. It seemed from the beginning the leasing agent wasn't too keen on me renting. I passed all of her requirements and moved forward. I paid her hold deposit, but it seemed after that she was determined too not work with me. I am entitled to move in assistance from a Veterans organization and they ordered the check to pay. She refused to wait(for a week) she wanted me to pay for the week I wouldn't be allowed to move in, and she was trying to convince me to pay her and let her collect the check from the Veterans assistance program. While it was absolutely their right to deny the wait in 3 days the check would have came, and I would be moving in. This entire process only happened in 2 weeks! Not stringing her along, and no prolonged waiting just a shady lady and her company who took my deposit, and 2 days after they decided not to wait 5 days they have already taken someone else's money. I would not recommend this leasing company to anyone, but especially not any Veterans.
