Tony came out to the house because we wanted to sell as-is for cash; he very wisely showed us why selling the traditional way would give us more funds in the end. We are so grateful to Tony for explaining this [sometimes-harrowing] process to us! He walked us through it very patiently, even when we were not [sorry, Tony!], and kept in continual contact as things progressed. Tony is top notch. At no time did we ever have to question his actions or motives. He earned our trust 100%. It is a VERY good thing when you work with someone who values integrity; my husband and I would recommend Tony Padilla to our closest friends and family, and anyone looking to turn the highest profit from the sale of their home. Side note: it was important to me personally that I could pass the house that we raised our kiddos in to someone who would love it like we did...Tony found the right buyer!
