Rebecca was alright. But I can tell the more questions I asked the more I was annoying her. She’s never answered the phone whenever I call but she did respond to my messages. I’m coming from a completely different state and I want to make sure I know what all I’m paying for. She wanted me to go ahead and apply for the home before I even knew what the home looked like. They don’t have anyone updated pictures on their website so I couldn’t go based off those. The price they have on Realtor.com is inaccurate. Even though I have a service animal, I always ask if there is a breed restriction because I don’t want to live in a neighborhood where I’m possibly going to have issues with other tenants due to me service animal. I did not like the tone she gave me when I asked about the breed restriction. I can tell all she wanted was for me to apply and get out of her hair. We need more management companies where they actually cares about for the applicants and not just the money they are making off of them.
