As the company (State Farm Insurance) moves more to an automated AI system, I found the staff especially Vincent Martini (Office Associate) extremely friendly, helpful and professional in assisting me file a recent claim and understanding the process. I had a very disappointing experience with Traci Hollander and her team. The closing process was incredibly frustrating, with constant delays and a lack of clear communication. Every time I reached out for updates, I either received no response or had to wait far too long for basic information.
