EDIT to reply to company: 11 months later you respond to this review which shows your lack of care and communication. We never once retaliated or did anything. I just simply wrote a review to warn others to not use your company which is my first amendment right. You say only we had control of the payment portal when your company actually made us 3 portals and one we did not even have access to which we told you about and you said everything's fine which I already said in my initial review and it clearly wasn't fine because the bank accounts linked to that account we couldn't access were being charged so that was 100% on you, not us. You should get your facts straight before taking almost a year to respond and trying to act innocent to protect yourself.

This is the absolute worst property management company. My husband and I have been perfect tenants for 3 years. Our identities were stolen and have had 75 grand worth of loans and credit cards taken out in our names so we closed our bank accounts and the first thing we did when we opened a new bank account was set up our rent payments. We've never once been late and always had automatic payments set up. When we reached out to this company they've been absolutely no help. They just told us everything's good. Your payment could take 7 days to come out. We reached out every day since the 2nd when we didn't see the payment come out. Now we've been hit with 2 NSF charges in the last 2 months and they said they're doing us a favor by not charging late fees and pressing charges. Absolute joke. If you're looking into renting through this company or are a property owner looking into this company please use someone else.

TransCity managed our two Maricopa rental properties for over 17 years. We sold the properties last year. We live out of state and were unable to personally keep an eye on our homes and screen prospective tenants. TransCity professionally took care of this for us. Through timely emails and phone calls their property managers and rental brokers assist owners with the rental process, property maintenance and tenant issues. They provided us a great service.

These guys don't know any laws. After being reported to HUD, they continue to lie and send landlord into our house without 48 hr notice.

Nothing is clean or fixed on move in.

They will try to fee you everyway they can. Avoid these guys as much as possible..

They require tenants to fully disclose Emotional support animal which requires you sign a release of information for medical, prior to even being considered for a lease.

On photo, you will see their owner admitting that they require medical docs through petscreening before even being considered for lease. This information is then sold to other property management companies and people to send you ads.

We have rented with Transcity Property for almost a year now and hope to renew our lease. Monthly fees are so reasonable compared with other property management companies. All of our maintenance requests have been handled very timely, and DJ has been accessible and easy to work with.

Had Transcity rent our house for almost three years while working out of state. They did an amazing job in finding renters in about a week, getting me paid every month and get the house fixed as needed. Their work made mine very easy. Only reason it ended is because we came back to AZ. Charlie, DJ and Barb are a great team. Highly recommended!

Several years back I had rented a home from Transcity, the leasing process went smooth and was very easy. About 2 years I had a home that I owned and needed to have it rented and the 1st company I thought of to manage my property was Transcity. They have been great to work with! This is a family business and the owner is a family man. I couldn't be more pleased with them. They had the house rented very quickly and have been very quick to let me know of any issues. I highly recommend this company for both rental property management AND to rent a house from.

My wife and I haven't rented in many years and our past memories and experiences varied greatly from OK to abysmal. When my wife and I were looking for a home to rent we found the folks at Transcity Property Management to be terrific. From the initial rental property showings, to the paperwork and right up to our ending our lease, everything and everyone was professional and sincerely friendly.
We wound up with a very nice home that we rented for almost 4 years and the few times that there were any issues with the property, the folks at Transcity took care them straight away.
From the leasing agent, to the office staff, to all the folks behind the scenes, Transcity Property Management did a top notch job and met or exceeded our expectations. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend these good folks to anyone.
