Good afternoon,

I compiled this email to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the customer service displayed by Kandace Little at the 1200 New Jersey Ave SE location. Kandace is such a great employee who has answered every question I’ve had. She is patient with me and other customers as well. She is very knowledgeable about banking and the benefits of opening certain accounts. I have multiple existing accounts with TransFcu, but I opened an additional CD account last year based on the information presented to me by Kandace. I am very happy with this credit union and the results/benefits of opening accounts with this institution. Kandace is also personable and down to earth, which makes it easy to conduct business with her. I feel she is deserving of the recognition because she is truly a great customer service-oriented employee.

We have been shopping around for a Car loan and the other credit unions APR was high. My coworker recommended Transportation. Within 48 hours we were approved, good rate and the cashiers check was delivered to the dealership. Our loan officer Shraddha Vera, was on point! Did this loan with haste, efficiency, great communication and a lot of hard work. We appreciate Shraddha and hope all their employees are this good.

This was my third car loan with TRANSFCU over the last 17 years. Each experience has been wonderful. Bryon, my recent loan specialist, was phenomenal. He made the experience easy, smooth and quick. He went above and beyond to meet my car payment request, while keeping me on track with the documents that needed to be signed electronically in a timely manner. He also made sure that the dealership received their funds as promised. Although, I may have been able to get a lower rate from another lender, but at what cost mentally and emotionally? I appreciate the friendliness, openness and professionalism Bryon exhibited during the process. Thank you Bryon, for once again making this loan process painless and easy.

Transportation Federal Credit Union needs to do better with providing excellent customer service to their clients. Every time I call to speak to an agent about my accounts, credit card or loan, I will literally be on hold for an hour or more. You all as an institution have to do better and find a solution to this long hold time. My time is valuable and the fact that I have to sit and wait for this long just to speak to someone about my account is RIDICULOUS. I have attached a photo just to prove how long I've been waiting. Please do BETTER!!!

I've been with TransFCU for over 12yrs. I've purchased and paid off a car previously, and I wasn't looking forward to having to go through this again. But because of a total loss situation, here we were. However, this go around, I had the pleasure of working with Napoleon for my car loan. He made the car buying process so seamless and a very pleasant one. I was in constant contact with him because he started to be that sensible voice helping me make rational decisions and expressing to me when a deal didn't sound reasonable etc. He was very informative in answering my many questions, helpful when assisting me with running "the numbers." And very kind the entire time. Thanks Napoleon!!!
