State Farm, and Specifically this State Farm Office of Trevor Lam is by far the BEST Auto and Home Insurance Office I’ve ever worked with in 40+ years of having Auto Insurance and Home Insurance. Every time I call this Office they answer and help me with whatever I’m calling about, in a very expeditious and friendly manner. The whole office has many people that work there, and they always are on top of my requests and concerns. I feel like they know and care about ME!

Anissa has been nothing but helpful and has gone above and beyond to get answers for me on a few minor dilemmas. She calls back in a timely manner and most importantly when she says she will. She’s very open and honest and cares about her job and the customer. I’ve never had a more personal experience with insurance and I’m used to always speaking to someone different but with State Farm I get to speak to the same person every time and don’t feel like I’m starting from scratch explaining myself. I don’t always hear what I want to hear after problem solving but if anybody’s going to deliver any bad news I’d prefer it to be her. She’s very kind and very knowledgeable and anything she doesn’t know she gets the answer from her manager quickly and gets back to me. I love her customer service and think more people should be like her. She truly made my experience a lot better 🤍. Thank you Anissa.
