Troy Bank & Trust is the ABSOLUTE BEST bank on this planet! They gave me my first personal loan and I hadn’t been a member for that long @ the time! I’ve been with them now for over I think 15 years! They have the BEST customer service hands down especially in the Enterprise and New Brockton branches! My loan officers Ms. Beth Collier at the Troy branch as well as Ms. Tammy and Ms. Melanie at the Enterprise and New Brockton branches are the sweetest, most understanding & patient loan officers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! The entire staff at the Enterprise branch is the sweetest and gives the best customer service! There’s nothing like a bank who knows you by name without looking at your ID who always greets you with a smile even if it’s 5 minutes before closing! Every chance I get I recommend Troy Bank and Trust! Think about what’s in the name itself Trust you can’t go wrong with a name that has Trust in it! DO NOT open a business account with these people. You have no protection past 24 hours on fraud. They let my entire account get hacked and all my money stolen. All I got was I’m sorry, but on business accounts you only have 24 hours to dispute fraudulent charges. Then the sorry President never even called me back. Take your money to All In. They always catch fraudulent activity on my account. I have never had a problem getting my money back. Troy Bank and Trust has lost my business and I will never recommend them to anyone!
