Went to Envision Optometry. Parked in the lot, clearly entering the building while husband walked across the street to buy gum. Parking lot guard was intimidating and rude. Said I had to have the keys in my possession or I would get “cited” Will not visit any Trujillo parking properties in the future. Very unpleasant experience. They are doing the small businesses in SLO a huge disservice.

My car was towed from the Well Fargo lot by Trujillo Mgmt while I was inside the bank for less than 15 minutes. Made multiple attempts to contact Trujillo Mgmt and the towing company with no luck, explained that my car was legally parked with receipts from the bank. $425 down the drain. Very shady and impersonal, no accountability. The lot was almost entirely empty too…
