I really like the people who work at Truliant. They are very sweet and helpful. The ladies know who I am coming through the door.
The two things that I don't like which the staff aren't responsible for is that there isn't a number that you can call the bank directly. You have to call the call center and put in the bank credentials then be transferred to the bank. Also, Truliant isn't open on Saturdays.
