Truslow Yost top shelf. A local company. You saved me a little money but with way better coverage. I like being able to speak directly with someone you know. With 2 other companies you had no clue to whom or where you were speaking. So far all good.

I have always had amazing service from Truslow Yost. Their rates were competitive and my agent made sure that I understood the details of my policies before we moved forward. At no point in the interaction did I ever feel pressured and I am confident that I have the coverage I need to protect my finances. I've had nothing but great experiences with Truslow Yost. We had renters and auto insurance with them for about a year, and now we have home and auto. The rates we have are better than what we could find elsewhere, and we're able to get the amount of coverage we want and need, unlike some insurance companies ("only pay for what you need") that offer low amounts of coverage in order to make their rates look more competitive. Everyone I've spoken with has been helpful and quick to respond. I really enjoyed talking with Suzanne when we first applied. She was personable, talked through the options and answered all my questions without rushing me, and demonstrated the heart of a teacher. I also love that they offer Erie Insurance.

If i could give this company less than 1 star i would. I had car and renters insurance. The staff was nice, for the most part. Luckily i never had to file a claim. However, several things happened that were really questionable. For example, forcing me to put my girlfriend on my insurance. She lives with me and has a license, but doesn't drive my vehicle. I checked with the DMV and state police and they said it wasn't necessary. Also the surprise fees for getting a newer, safer, and smaller vehicle, and then jacking my rates up. I never felt like my best interests were taken into account. They care about their money first their customers second. Dave Ramsey should reconsider this endorsement
Bottom line: Probably best to stay away. Oh, by the way, Those 5 star reviews below are the people that work there. I dealt with some of them.
