Trustar Bank really came through for me and my business! Perhaps them being a small bank helped, but Trustar was surprisingly nimble and creative as we navigated a complicated commercial real estate loan. We needed to quickly jump on a deal from a motivated seller, but our old bank was just too slow and too bureaucratic. On the contrary, the first day with Trustar Bank, Richard Hores jumped into action and carried us to a quick closing. There were a couple of hurdles that seemed insurmountable at the time to me, but Richard scaled them effortlessly. His dedication was exceptional. Richard was super friendly and responsive the entire time, displaying great patience and a kindhearted nature. He provided top-notch customer service and kept us informed every step of the way. Everything we were told turned out to be true. I can now say from personal experience with many other banks over many years, that Richard and his team with Trustar Bank went above and beyond.
