I had an agent that I loved that sold his business to this company and it has been nothing but headaches. I tried to add a motorcycle policy last year and they messed it up a couple times so I just had no insurance all winter as it didn’t matter much. I tried to call when the policy didn’t work, no answer and no call back after message. Again this spring, called, no answer and no call back.
