The front desk staff went out of there way to get me a quick appointment and understood I always have issues with dental visits and true to form my extraction crumbled. I am so happy with Twin City Dental. I got three teeth extracted from another location and I ended up in severe pain. I thought maybe I had a dry socket or some type of infection. Of course it was Thanksgiving and black Friday than the weekend so I’ve been in miserably pain Since Nov 27th! When Monday hit, I figured Troy Dental would call me back means that I left quite a few Emergency phone calls. They didn’t so I reached out to them and they did didn’t answer. They followed up with the text msg letting me know that they were busy and wouldn’t be able to see me. I explained to them how much pain I was in and then they squeezed me in. They said oh we’ll be able to get you in real quick before lunchtime. I get there. The dentist looks in my mouth for two seconds, and says I definitely have dry socket. There’s nothing he could do for me. I reached out to Twin City dental for a second opinion and they got me in right away. I was in there for 10 minutes and she medically packed the dry socket and gave me some antibiotics. Let me tell you I feel 1000% better. Why couldn’t the dentist that treated me in the beginning I’ve done this. It was so simple and could’ve kept me out of severe pain for the holidays and the weekend. I will be sticking with Twin City Dental because they actually care about you.

Took my husband here who hates dentists and doctors. He felt at ease and was happy that the dentist agreed with what he wanted with no argument. They were very helpful working with his rotating work schedule. He also very much appreciated that it was not made an issue that he uses chewing tobacco and that he wasn't lectured like a child. Very respectful! Very clean offices with a nice waiting room and pleasant staff who make everyone feel welcome regardless of class or appearance. Definitely recommend!!

I was referred to Twin City Dental by friends who have been patients for years. The staff is very friendly, efficient and eager to help. I met one of the dentist’s who answered my questions and concerns. The hygienist was great. She was very thorough. I plan to refer my friends to this practice as well.

Even though I waited a little over 30 minutes to be seen, this dental office ranks 5 stars.

Dental hygienist Tracy was excellent! She regularly checked in to see if I was comfortable. The cleaning was painless and relatively fast.

I met one of the friendly dentists but unfortunately do not remember her name. She corrected a flaw on my Invisalign, which made it perfect!

Went in for an exam of a broken tooth and was seen quickly. All of the staff were so helpful and personable. I felt comfortable with everyone from the assistant to the Dr, the hygienist and the front office staff. I'm looking forward to getting my treatment done at such a professional and welcoming place.

Beautiful smiles and a cheery “Hello” when I walked in made me feel comfortable right away. That comfortable feeling continued through my entire appointment. X-rays and cleaning with gentle hands. My questions and concerns were listened to and answered. All this in a clean and happy atmosphere…I will definitely share this with my friends and family!!
