Nick and Erica are incredibly professional and really care about their clients/customers. I reached out to Nick after finding a property listed for rent on Zillow. I was in a tight pinch as I needed to secure a place since I started my job within 2 weeks of my moving date. He contacted me the same day and I was able to have my buddy view it for me and get the lease signed by the next day! Even after living in the rental for a month, they continue to work with me and are very responsive. One example of their excellent customer service is the garbage disposal and water heater being inoperable when I moved in. Ukiyo Property Management (UPM) had a plumber come take a look at them the same day and by the next day, both were replaced with brand new equipment! I can't stress enough how amazing my experience has been working with UPM. As a renter, I'm so happy I went with them and I know the homeowner is happy with them too since they're taking care of everything. I can't recommend them enough!

Even though Ukiyo was not able to be our property manager due to the business model they have, Nick was gracious enough to take time to explain the current rental market in the East Bay and to give us recommendations to other property managers. A top notch guy that we are glad we met. His honesty and empathy are qualities I don't see too often in this marketplace.
