Terrible customer service. I am dissatisfied with the customer service because the teller did not try to put any effort into helping me with the situation I was in, and she spoke to me in a condescending manner. I was also misinformed, and I had to actually ask somebody who I could talk to, like a branch manager. Like most banks, they are not there to help you save money, but to take more money out of you, and that is how they made me feel. I will never bank or do any sort of business with this Credit bank ever again.

The 2 stars go to the great customer service that they have at the branch. I'm taking away 3 stars from their Heloc/MtG dept. Today, they denied one of my referrals for an equity line of credit. After more than a month of going back and forth, they denied giving someone an equity line of credit because they don't feel comfortable. Not because the borrower is worth 110 times the amount of equity line that he was offered at the beginning. Lenders are there to lend based on collateral, equity,, credit, as risk factors ,not by someone's gut feeling.

Absolutely terrible customer service on the online banking department. Dropped my call multiple times and the representative was very rude and terrible at communicating comprehensively. Boit ready to go to a different bank after having my account locked for nothing.

I’ve been a member most of my life, and this has been my only bank because my parents are long-standing members too. Their regular banking services are great, and their staff at this branch are quite helpful. They have two exterior ATM machines outside where you can do transfers, deposits of cash and checks, and the usual withdrawals when the office is closed. They also have a coin machine inside for when you have a coin jar’s worth of money and don’t want to pay the almost 12% fee found at most (I believe it’s about 8% for members but I haven’t used it recently so I’m not positive). They have also instituted a buzz-in policy, so there is only so many people allowed inside at a time, though the wait usually isn’t too long.
I’ve had mixed results with their auto loans however. For my first car ten years ago everything went smoothly, no issues whatsoever, and with a great rate to boot. So when I finally needed a new car in August, I didn’t even look elsewhere. I applied and was told I was approved within a few days. But a day or so later while at the dealership to sign, I was informed that there was no loan. I called UNCLE and was told that there was an issue and so even though I got an approval call, I was not technically approved now, but not to worry, they would get back to me as soon as they figured out what was happening. Needless to say they never got back to me. I went through another company with comparable rates, but I was disappointed this time.

Overall, they’re great for all your everyday banking needs.

I was profiled, discriminated against and denied a refinance loan without my credit history even being looked at. I go in to refinance two of my mercedes-benz cars with over $80k remaining to pay, with a 750+ credit score, and all the needed paperwork. The lady asks me if I have paystubs and I told her I am self-employed, do not get pay stubs and have 1099 tax returns. Instantly she tells me I do not qualify for their loan, without looking into anything at all!!! One of the worst customer service experiences in life!!

So amazing, very helpful & understanding, I will get my insurance situation fixed this up coming week, she didn't judge me, belittle me, or didn't even try to make my life that much more difficult, I'm already facing huge challenges in life "financial" & "homelessness" but this too shall pass, tuff times don't last, STRONG SOULS DO, cheers to that gal, somebody give her a RAISE! 💯

Bank is little hart to work whit the work hours . Opens late and close early. How can do I work far away.
