Simply the worst. Cannot emphasize how bad United Credit is. I have had two Auto loans.

First issue, they lost one of my payments for February of 2017, but had March and April.... make that make sense....

Secondly, I have a new loan of 2024. They placed forced insurance AFTER receiving confirmation of my current insurance.

I showed up at your Rogers Promenade location and Melinda and Kevin were nice enough even after you had already closed at 5:30 and still let me in even though you were closed to make my car payment. You guys have phenomenal customer service everytime I go there. Thank you so very much!

When my car literally broke down in the ATM drive-up, Jose came out of the branch office and jumped my car with his own cables! He even taught me how to remember the correct way to attach the jumper cables. We were on our way in no time! Truly a kind and serviceable act. Thank you for literally “looking out” for your members!
