One ATM in all of Gold Canyon and Apache Junction and it was down. Many times when I’ve gone there just to get cash it’s down. US bank needs more ATMs or be more flexible where we can withdraw cash. I am opening an account with another bank for this reason.

Man ive had good experiences here but i got to the branch today with 1 minute before the branch closed. Instead of helping me as i wait. They tell me they are now closed and cant help me cash a check. I prefer to speak to someone when im cashing a check but the lack of service ive experienced today makes me hesitant to come back. Your site says you close at 2pm. I was waiting at 1:59 and my needs take 2 seconds.
Had a more enjoyable experience standing in front of your atm writing this review of the very poor service. Saturday 1214/2024 at 2pm.

So disappointed with this branch employees, the staff are unfriendly.
I will be considering taking our Banking transactions to another Bank.
I would suggest closing this Branch location and opening another one closer to Eastmark. Also hire Employees that are professional, caring and friendly.
I had a cashiers check from another bank to deposit and I was given over 9 days to hold part of the money. That is ridiculous when we have had US Bank for 20 years using different locations.
The Manager on duty couldn’t even bother to review and approve getting the money sooner. So disappointed in the Service here.

Terrible customer service for existing customers.

Went in to open a savings account and after waiting my turn am told no, they only do this work by appointment. Personal banker/manager is not with a customer, counter clerk is not with a customer and other counter clerk is just finishing. No one else waiting, but they only do this by appointment.

SIlly me, only takes 2 minutes on the US Bank app. None of the bank employees knew this could be done on the app; that's unacceptable training.

This location should be closed, leave an ATM, but get rid of these people.

So. Tellers only want to process easy stuff. I patiently waited in line for my turn. I walked up to the teller window and asked for notary services. Said teller told me, have a seat over there, I'm going to keep working on the line. Glad to know US Bank chooses easy over taking in order. Way to go, Michael Oliver.

went to use the ATM this morning, the machine took my card and did not return it (at no fault to me). According to the staff at Safeway this has been happening all weekend. We were told to return at 10AM to get our card back. Their machine ate it and I am at a loss now. Apparently its out of there hands when their equipment is malfunctioning. I recommend not to use their ATMs. If they had negative stars I would use it.
