I always have issues with this post office delivering my mail and my neighbors mail to me. One package came from California to Phoenix then to Las Vegas only to be rerouted back to Phoenix. Yesterdays went from Chandler to Phoenix to Denver and is unavailable for updates. They act like this is normal, while putting you on hold. When a package spends 36 hours in Phoenix and doesn't get delivered. I hope they can get their stuff in order and do the job right.

they leave packages and mail in others and lets us figure it out, at.christmas , it's like a gift exchange. Happens all the time. Don’t bother contacting them, they do not follow rheough.

A package that was sent from Kohls on 7/31 was forwarded from Goodyear to Deer Valley (simple mistake Kohls took responsibility for). The post office wanted US to pay 37$ to get the package, like it was being held for ransom. We were not going to pay 37$ for a 30$ t shirt. We refused the package. Called Kohls to ask bwhy we haven't been refunded. They said the New river post office had JUST sent back the package we denied months ago on 10/18/17. Are you kidding me? The kohls customer service woman was shocked and very kind with us. Not to mention, someone sent me a birthday card with a 50$ gift card in it and that never ahowed up, my aunt sent a check, that never showed up... the bills never go missing though! Our mail gets delivered between 12pm and 545pm so we never know when to get it. This is the worst post office and the other reviews reflect it. Granted, the valuables sent to me in the mail could have been stolen anywhere between Denver and Arizona, just a coincidence it just started happening in the 16 years I've had Arizona mail services as we moved to deer valley.

Seems for the last few month's getting our mail is not a priority to this post office. We seem to get our neighbors mail more then we do our own. We are at the point of making them hold it and drive the 15 miles to pick it up ourselves. Please hire people that can put the mail in the correct box.

Terrible, grumpy, and confusing
I've lived here 10 years now and they manage to make every situation difficult. Went in THREE times to resolve a recent issue, and every single time they gave me a different answer. None worked. And they are a grumpy lot! Not a smile, nor a friendly face to anyone. People stand around waiting for help and the staff ignore them. Take some customer service training!

whoever delivers to talus ranch needs to be fired. if i have a package delivered on sunday - you might as well consider it lost because i'll never see it. deliver says office? well, i'll go there tomorrow and they won't have it. todays package says front door/patio. neither. its as goon as gone. i'll have to now contact amazon - again and get a replacement and this time have it shipped to work.

this is not a new issue. its been ever since i moved in almost 4 years ago. never will i have a package delivered to my apartment again.

I have had so many problems with this post office. When tracking packages, they don't deliver on time and update the tracking to make it look like "they missed you" so you need to go pick it up yourself. They have also tried to tell me that I owe them money for my package even though the sender paid for shipping. They are almost always rude or in a bad mood when you go in with questions.

Desert Hills deliveries are done by private citizens and this time the parcel key was left in another locker and somebody else got my package....
I now lost $152 as it's says "Delivered" and Amazon or insurance thru USPS won't make good.
Nobody cares and i'm at a loss.
