This is by far the worst property management company I’ve ever worked with. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests through their platform, emails, and phone calls—all of which have been ignored. One request for a clogged gutter has been unresolved for over 3 months, and another, a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink, has been unanswered for over 3 weeks despite being urgent. Additionally, their payment platform randomly charged me an extra $25, and when I requested an explanation, they never responded.

I’ve attached screenshots of these maintenance requests to illustrate how severely this company neglects tenant issues. Their lack of responsiveness, unresolved urgent maintenance problems, and random unexplained charges are completely unacceptable. Avoid renting from them if you value your peace of mind and proper living conditions.
