I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the team at Valia after we recently sold our home in Corona Del Mar. Not only is this group highly knowledgeable, but they provide full-service support every step of the way. From the beginning, they helped us prepare our space and produced stunning photography. Their marketing reach was broad via print, digital & social media through local, regional, and global publications. They ultimately produced multiple offers and guided us all the way through the closing process. During escrow, they even helped arrange repairs and met with contractors, per our sale agreement. If I were to compare our experience to any other customer service experience, I would equate it to what you would receive at a five-diamond boutique hotel… where client satisfaction is foremost. We had an amazing experience with VALIA. Jason Foreman and Steve Sergi did a fantastic job from the very beginning helping us find a rental property in Newport Coast when we relocated from NYC in July 2021 to finding a home to purchase this March in Corona Del Mar. They are very personable and attentive. They listened carefully to our buying criteria and were very patient with our need to be educated about the area and taking our time to find the right fit. They were very forthright in providing their views, both positive and negative attributes to a home/neighborhood. Because of their deep knowledge of CDM and their long standing relationships they were able to identify a buying opportunity prior to the house hitting the market which helped us avoid a bidding war. They did a great job negotiating terms for us and coordinated with our lender and the escrow company to ensure a smooth closing. Post closing they have been extremely helpful providing recommendations for various type of trade to have work done and have actually called on our behalf to make arrangements. Our experience, thanks to them was outstanding and they exceeded all expectations. We strongly recommend them.
