After leaving the apartment cleaned and in good order 9 months ago I just received an email from a collection agency for $380. After calling the office for answers as to what this amount is about, April the manager goes around in circles is very unhelpful and rude. Finally she said it's for a carpet clean and for painting the apartment. Call the head office she said the usual passing the buck answer. They never answer or return calls from a voicemail you can leave a message.
I lived there 14 yrs, never had a new carpet there were cigarette burns when i moved in. They said you get new every 7 yrs, it was never painted before or during my stay. It's very poorly managed from the gardening to repairs, the pool and gym are closed alot of the time. They never clear any snow after a snow fall, I could go on, but just glad to have been able to finally move out. Would never go back!

My children and I love living here. Management is PROFESSIONAL and they care! My children love the playground, and the pool! It feels safe here, and this is our home. Brittany is one of a kind. I always get complimented on how nice our apartment is. It’s very spacious. Definitely one of the best apartments in the area, in my opinion!

I lived her for 3 years. Management in the beginning was awesome and somehow they have settled for whats in the office now. Besides the fact you can't get anything fixed or I only got to swim in the pool a handful of times because they never fixed it or had it going during the summers. Which the pool and gym are part of the $575 I paid monthly. Management is RUDE . In 2020 Management sent out letters to multiple residents saying they owed hundreds of dollars. Which they absolutely did not. Come to find out the lady in the office was pocketing the money. Don't bother hanging pictures up or making it look like YOUR home you will get violations. This place looks nice on the inside but the stuff is cheaply made and falls apart constantly. When I would put in a work order I would request that I wanted to be there while they worked. Nope they just come and go as they please! I'm so glad I got out of there. I was one of the most quiet and cleanest resident they had hands down and I got a violation for hanging a clean rug over mt balcony to dry. While the dope head next door ran in and out slamming doors all hours of the night. The police were ALWAYS at her house. She yelled at her kids all day and night and was just a terrible neighbor..but where was her violations? Oh she was friends with the thieving Management that's why! Save your energy and time. I'm now waiting on corporate to call me back to get the remainder of my rent that was promised to me by Management. I called the office asking when I should receive it but the same woman who told me I will get a pro rated check back because I was out the 11th (leaving the apartment damn near spotless) is now telling me she never said that! Lmao. She's a crook up there! When yall do move out make sure you take pics of the apartment the way you left it and get a copy of the day you turned in your notice. She likes to make up rules as she goes.

I love that Apartment. And i love that Apartment Manager. What's her name again. Cindy. Yeah Cindy. Anyway. I love that Fitness Center as well as that Swimming Pool. Especially i love that Clubhouse too. And also Business Center. I was hope i may come buy and look around at that place so. That's all i always loved it. And yes. I could make friends as well. So thank you anyway.

Filled out tons of paperwork. Paid deposit and fees. They did not answer my request for conformation then a week later lost most of my paperwork. THEN refused to refund my deposit saying after 48 hours not refundable!
Update....
Corporate office has since cut me a check for the deposit.

Waste of time dont even go there seriously a hassle to get in touch wirh anyone rude and not helpful never returned calls. If your credit isnt perfect or you have even one bill medical or any kind they womt rent to you so much for equal hpusing huh

The apartments are nice, but the service is complicated, they never answer calls, and even if you live there it is really hard to talk with them.
