This collection agency will help you out the best. I had 2 accounts in my credit report for almost $600 and the agency help me closed out super quick but the best thing was they got me a great deal and help me pay less on those accounts. They also got me into a payment plan. The only thing that I can say is that all of those negative reviews belong to people who do not wish to fix their credit and their life. After paying for this 2 collections my credit has gotten better since then. Thank you Vance And Huffman for helping me get rid of those negative trade lines on my report.

Answered a call from them, from a woman who wouldn't give a name and refused to tell me what kind of business they were. She basically kept talking over me, extremely rude, and saying my file ended up in their office and she was calling to resolve it. I asked if they were creditors and she said louder and more irritated that "ma'am YOUR file has landed in OUR office and I'm calling to resolve it" was the same response when I asked what kind of business they were, what file, and if they were lawyers or creditors or what? Just got the same rude response. So I just ended up saying "no ma'am, we are NOT doing this today." My gosh..don't call people if you don't have people skills js🙄

This firm really needs to do an evaluation on thier receptionist they have calling out to resolve these matters. I received a call called back & she was EXTREMELY RUDE she then processed to hang up on me I asked to be transferred to someone else to get information on why she was calling. She told me NO!!!! I then said perfect don’t call my phone again.

The customer service here is completely HORRIBLE & I would be ashamed to hire individuals like Ms. CASEY OR TRACY whatever her name is. You won’t be getting anything resolved with this type of customer service.

I received a call from this company earlier today, someone looking for my nephew.

I've been getting these types of calls for him on and off for 10 years, from different third-party bottom feeders, just like this one.

I could have been nicer, but alas, I was not😁

After dealing with debt collectors over the years, I have found that it is better to just to contact the business in question and deal with them directly, rather than going through a third party.

These collection agencies will buy a debt for pennies on the dollar, and often times it's one so old that it cannot be collected on, due to the statutes of limitations running out.

Debtors also pay more because of the fees that have been tacked on, and chances are, payments will not even be reported to the Credit Bureau.

It saddens me to see so many negative comments. Fortunately, I can't say the same. Each representative I have spoken with has been professional and understanding.. By working with them, almost done with my payments..I thank them for their professionalism.

Just showed up on my credit report with no prior contact. Never received any written notification. Called them and they are very rude. Will get them to do verification through CfPB. Also reporting to BBB.

This company is an ignorant, incompetent joke for a debt collector. They called me and said how may I help you. I said you called me the rep said well I didn’t call you let me see what it was about. They came back and said it was an attempt to collect a debt. I said I had no clue what they were talking about. That I would like to report it has fraud they said well we have your signature I said you don’t have my signature. So what did they do the rep got rude and ignorant and then hung up on me. This company needs to be shut down.
