I've rented several properties through Vanguard. Currently, they are managing several properties for me! Ed is the owner and is a total pro, yet very personable and honest! He has been doing this for decades. Things rarely go wrong but, when they do, he is a quick fixer. He is on top of his game. If you are looking to have your property managed or rent property, please do yourself a favor and give this place a try!
