Take this as your warning! Horrible company to deal with. They don't even deserve 1 star. Just don't even think about renting from them. The absolute worst communication, nothing is done in a timely manner, complete lack of management and 100% shadey business. I could write a book of their shenanigans. But to name a few: it took them 9 months to get me a pool key. The worst lack of communication I've ever seen. I was told by 2 employees that the owner of the house is responsible for keeping the flower beds cleaned but yet that never happened. I signed a year lease and was 9 months into the lease when I got a random message from Verma wanting to do their quarterly inspection. Interesting they didn't ever ask to do the first 3 inspections for the first 3 quarters of the lease. If it was mandatory they do inspections, why aren't they doing their job quarterly? Or was it just because I pissed them off asking for a pool key for 9 months. There was no walk through of the property when the lease started or ended. The house wasn't cleaned by their cleaning company and they didn't even know it until I messaged them when the moving truck was there. And when my lease was up, no walk through to check for repairs. Instead, they charged me for repairs they said were needed that absolutely wasn't needed. In fact, Amber told me twice how nice and clean I kept the house. But yet I was charged with "major repair to the laundry room." The laundry room looked the same when we moved out as it did when we moved in. But since they didn't do a walk through with me, they can get away with being sketchy and charging whatever they want to. Proof of this is they originally charged me $100 to haul off a trampoline thay was left by the previous owner! It wasnt even my trampoline. So Amber ate her words of "I can't change it and write another check". Guess what? She did because I wasn't paying to haul off a trampoline that wasn't mine. I was told by Amber, the office manager, that "the property manager" normally deals with these issues. Um, yeah that's your office. You are the property manager. But what she meant was Krishna deals with it but she is no where to be found. She avoids handling any issue. She passes the buck to Amber. I asked for a meeting with Krishna and Amber put me on her schedule. Then an hour later I was told oh nevermind she won't be here. Krishna would 100% not meet with me in person. If you aren't Indian and her culture, she will take advantage of you! This company is shadey and does bad business. Take my word and do not rent from them!

These guys are excellent in their trade. Very frank and straightforward. Will give time in listening and taking the requirements . Have excellent negotiating skill. End of the day they get you what you want in the most hassle less and professional manner. Having procured my property thru them. I can happy recommend them to others.
