Worst customer service, not professional at all. Please go to Allstate Insurance you’ll be better protected and pricing is not a big difference. You’ll be surprised with their good customer service & how fast they are to resolve a claim. I’ve been an Allstate agent for 4 years & what’s most important for us is to have our clients happy. We also don’t charge any broker fees. Please do not get insurance from them. The lady was being so rude to her customers.

Yesterday, I went into the office looking for insurance for my vehicle Laura was there to help she was really friendly and helpful she was able to find me good coverage at an excellent price. I was very happy with her service. I would definitely recommend going to her if your in need of car insurance.

I'm trying to cancel car policy and she's giving me such a hard time, So she's pocketing $50.00. then requested a letter which I did, now she says the signature don't match
She says wait 24hrs like really? lady you offer horrible customer service. just reimburse me. period.I don't recommend this Wilmington site

I normally don’t leave reviews for places however Mariela gave such great customer service that I could not leave her a good review. I walked in and an older lady started off by being rude that just made me want to walk out. That was until Mariela greeted me and actually HELPED me out. Now I’m paying insurance at a great price and she has great manners and explained everything so thoroughly. She answered all my question and left a very satisfied customer. Will be recommending Mariela to all my friends and family. They did a great job choosing Mariela to work at Veronica’s!

This broker is such a joke. I spoke to Veronica, and explained my situation. I was sharing a policy with my sister in law even though we live at different addresses, which she was aware of. I paid the additional money to add a new vehicle to my policy and a month later, my insurance was cancelled due to the address discrepancy. I was upfront about the address and she insured me that everything was going to be fine. She just wanted to take my money! They are liars stay far away.

The person Laura does not have any ethical ways to talk to customers. I call in to renew my son's Insurance and this person was very rude and unprofessional. Our family has been with this company for so many years and to have this person working at this location has make me change companies. I do not recommend this place with this person attitude and unprofessional manners.

This car insurance broker is a bad place to go . It's better you go find a insurance compamy yourself or a better broker cause there not helpful at all and its better to go directly to the insurance company and not have a middle man that doesn't do anything to help you and gets a little more of your money.
